- Mayor:
- Elected by direct vote, the mayor represents the executive authority at the local level.
- Responsible for implementing the decisions of the local council and managing the day-to-day activities of local public administration.
- Specialized apparatus of the mayor:
- Includes various departments and specialized services that provide the technical and administrative support necessary for implementing decisions and managing daily activities.
- Local public institutions and services:
- These can include hospitals, schools, sanitation services, public transport, local police, etc.
- Each of these institutions has a specific role in meeting the needs and interests of residents.
